City Bridge Foundation, established approximately 900 years ago for the maintenance of the old London Bridge. While its primary objective remains the upkeep of five bridges—Tower, London, Southwark, Millennium, and Blackfriars—the foundation has, since 1995, also utilised surplus funds to provide grants to charitable organisations throughout Greater London, currently awarding over £30 million to charities across the capital.
