I have worked at Rathbone since 2007; for 10 of those years I was the services Registered Manager. Over recent years I have been responsible for developing and implementing new service delivery models in order to cater to a changing demographic of need.
I have supported people with Autism for many years, both prior to and during my time at Rathbone, and I am particularly interested in ensuring that people with Autism are supported to live inclusive and meaningful lives, as part of our community.
