Innovation – Rathbone features in the national press

Timewise ReportThanks to our recent partnership with Timewise, the innovative Pilot Scheme we have been part of has now received national media attention as Timewise recently published their report of their findings from the scheme.

Timewise are actively involved in researching and developing new ways of flexible working, potentially attracting people to the workforce who may not fit into traditional full-time roles because of their own personal needs, such as caring commitments. There is a great and growing need for more finding skilled and motivated care workers in the sector, as more and more people in society need support while there are worrying national trends of people departing the workforce for other types employment.

The report and Rathbone’s Outreach Team’s involvement in the scheme was featured in the Guardian, the Times (behind a paywall) and Community Care magazine.
