The Hive Café.

The Hive is more than a café. It’s a community project where young people and adults with learning disabilities gain real-world work experience in a safe, supportive environment. From serving customers to managing stock and developing teamwork skills, every shift at the Hive helps build confidence and independence.

It’s also a welcoming café for local residents — a place to meet, connect and enjoy affordable food, knowing that every visit supports Rathbone’s wider work across Lambeth.
