Roles, hours, and what to expect

Volunteers play a real role across our work: supporting youth club sessions, helping out at the Hive Café, befriending an adult on outreach, helping with admin, or fundraising for us. We give a proper induction, supervision, expenses, and a reference if you need one.

Most of our volunteers stay with us for years. We think that's because we treat the role with respect: it's not a way to get free labour, it's a way to be part of a team.

Corporate & partner giving

Build a real partnership with us

If your organisation is looking for a charity-of-the-year partner, an employer-led volunteering partner, or a community giving relationship in South London, we'd be glad to talk.

We work best when partnerships are properly resourced and run for at least a year. We can offer site visits, talks, joint comms, branded volunteering days, and reporting against the impact you've helped fund.
