For Young People
Spaces and support for young people
Rathbone provides safe, inclusive spaces for young people aged 8–25 to connect, learn, and thrive. Our youth clubs, creative programmes and leadership projects help build confidence, skills and a sense of community.
What We Offer
Open-access youth provision
We run open-access youth clubs and projects for young people aged 8–19 (and up to 25 for those with SEND). Through trusted relationships with youth workers, we create safe environments where young people can take part in creative, social and active programmes that support wellbeing, independence and growth.
Our Youth Clubs
We operate from two main hubs in Lambeth: The Old Library Youth Club in West Norwood and Central Hill Youth Hub in Gipsy Hill. Each hub offers a unique mix of creative, educational and recreational opportunities shaped by young people themselves.

Central Hill
24-hour support in Rathbone-managed homes, helping people live safely and independently.

Old Library
Gardening, outdoor learning, and community projects that build skills, wellbeing and independence.
Youth Voice
Shaping services together
Young people play a central role in shaping our work through Youth Management Teams (YMTs). These groups meet regularly to share ideas, influence decisions and help design new programmes. Their voices ensure Rathbone’s services stay relevant, inclusive and empowering.
