10th October – We held a well attended feedback event at Lambeth Accord for a voluntary cross-section of Rathbone’s Customers. Everyone who attended had the chance to talk about the service(s) they receive and the activities and events they attend. Events such as this provide valuable insight into what we do well and what we need to improve on. Thanks to all those who attended, and to the members of Rathbone’s Come Dine With Us group who worked very hard to provide all the food for the event.
