Five interlocking services (community programmes, supported living, outreach, and growing) that adapt around the person, not the other way round. Used by the people we support, their families, and the social workers who refer them.
Why we exist
The right support, the right way, for as long as it takes.
Rathbone began as Lambeth's outreach service for adults with learning disabilities back in 1990. The work has always been the same: helping people live the life they want to live, with the right support around them, whether that's 24-hour supported living, a weekly drop-in, help with employment, or growing food together.
The thread running through it all is consistency. Many of our staff have been with Rathbone for years. That continuity is what makes the difference between care that's transactional and care that's relational.

Most of our adult services accept referrals from social workers, care coordinators, GPs, and family members. The right service depends on the person, but every conversation starts with the same number.
