Georgia Harvey, Registered Service Manager
I have worked at Rathbone since 2011, beginning my career within the youth service and moving into outreach support work and then the Service Manager Role. I still do regular youth work and am passionate about supporting young people at our integrated youth service to decrease social isolation, and destigmatise learning disabilities and Autism – in order to create a culture of acceptance and inclusion.
Much of my day to day work is focused around outreach service delivery, ensuring that both service users and frontline support workers are supported effectively to achieve and develop.
