With years of experience working with physical and neurological disabilities, floating support and substance misuse, I joined Rathbone in 2014 as a support worker in the Outreach Team.
I am now Team Manager of Rathbone’s innovative Connect Service where service users can come to gain support with their needs, have lunch and socialise with others – helping to alleviate the social isolation that many individuals with learning disabilities experience.
