Jo Piskorz

I joined Rathbone in early 2022 as the Charity Administration Manager. In this role, I oversee human resources administration, provide governance support to the Board, and coordinate various business support functions to ensure smooth operations.

I bring many years of experience in similar roles, which I hope will contribute to Rathbone’s ongoing success in building organisational resilience and delivering exceptional support to both our staff and the individuals we serve.

I am passionate about celebrating diversity in all its forms, as it strengthens us and fuels innovation. I also strive to foster an inclusive culture through visible role modeling, where everyone feels a true sense of belonging and purpose. I am proud to be a part of Rathbone.
