I have worked at Rathbone since 1996. During that time, I have overseen numerous changes and developments and have watched us grow from 10 to 70 staff. I am passionate about ensuring people are treated fairly and that we deliver high-quality, safe, and trustworthy services. My vision for the future of Rathbone is to ensure our sustainability and resilience so that we can meet the growing demand for complex-needs social care and effective youth work.
