I have worked at Rathbone since 2012. During this time, I have overseen the establishment of our thriving integrated youth service, created to facilitate inclusive open-access provision for both mainstream young people and young people with learning disabilities aged 11–25. I am passionate about enabling young people to make informed choices so they can reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
