Susanne Buerger

I have been working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs since 2001. My career began as a support worker and I have cared for a wide range of service users, often with very complex needs. I enjoy working in teams and strongly believe in treating others how I would like to be treated – in fact the greatest joy I get out of our profession is when I can contribute to deliver a high quality of consistent person-centred care, watching someone make progress and achieving their goals – no matter how big or small they may be.

I joined Rathbone in October 2018 and have been warmly welcomed into the Rathbone family.
