The emergency response team were out delivering a food parcel to one of our youth club members and her family. The guys could see that the garden was completely overgrown and the family couldn’t get outside to sit in the fresh air. With Mum being unwell and not having the tools required, they couldn’t do much about it.
So, Romalzo from the youth club, Andrew from Rathbone Connect and Jamie from the management team grabbed some tools and popped round. They got to work and cleared the garden on one of those very hot days we had recently.
A real team effort with some worthwhile results. The family were delighted and the guys got a bit of much needed exercise!
