Wayne Ribi – Outreach Service, Team Manager
I started working with young adults who have Autism & Learning Disabilities in Manchester in 2021. I came down to London and started working at The Rathbone Society as a support worker in 2022 and became a one of the Outreach team managers in 2023.
I enjoy working with people with special needs and providing support where I can to try help improve their independence and quality of life.
